All those who buy a home here in Indian Creek Cove (ICC) become members of the Homeowners Association (HOA).  The ICC HOA is a great asset to our community. 

Your home is often your biggest personal investment.  However, the value of your home is influenced by your neighborhood.  The more desirable neighborhoods command better market value. 

Our HOA protects the property values and our investment by enforcing certain minimum standards as provided for by our deed restrictions (see Covenant Enforcement page). 

At the same time, the HOA allows us to provide common benefits for our community such as the pool and the cabana for our residents. 

It provides for the upkeep of the common areas and assets such as the playground and boardwalk. 

In addition, when neighbors volunteer to chair various projects and committees, the HOA can offer community events and improvements such as our robust Neighborhood Watch.  

Through past volunteer efforts, neighbors have provided our HOA with a solid foundation and we are sincerely grateful for their foresight and dedication.
